Core Group

The PHYCOMORPH Core Group is a restricted number of MC Members, composed of the

• Chair
• Vice-Chair
• Leaders and Vice-leaders of WG1, WG2, WG3, WG4

And:     

• A Dissemination Coordinator

The Core group has mandates from the MC to:

- select Action members and Action non-members (from COST countries) entitled to be reimbursed.

- transfer provision left-overs (up to € 5000) from one networking tool to another in the same GP.

- modify the flat rate for hotel, meal and transport reimbursement.

- can cancel invitation of invited participants when no answer is given after one week reminder sent 2 weeks after the initial invitation.
